Want to build the next generation of AI infrastructure? We're hiring a Rust Engineer to own a major migration from Python to Rust and help build one of the fastest AI gateways in the industry. What you'll do Lead a high-impact Python → Rust migration from architecture through rollout Build and optimise production Rust services at serious scale Tackle latency, throughput and performance challenges Work directly with the CTO on technical strategy and roadmap Ship infrastructure handling 1B+ requests/month What we're looking for 2–5 years of production Rust engineering experience Experience building production Rust services or migrating systems to Rust Deep expertise in Rust Strong performance testing and optimisation skills CS/technical degree from a top US university Based in the US and willing to work on-site in San Francisco Stack: Rust · Python · PostgreSQL · Redis 💡 Why join?
