You can manage your own customers and sales process without constantly relying on a manager to tell you what to do. * Customer Needs First ? You know how to ask the right questions, understand what the customer actually needs, and recommend the right products. * Product Knowledge ? You are willing to learn our products and understand their features, benefits, and real-world applications. * Goal-Oriented ? You care about your personal performance and are motivated by sales targets and commission. * Good Communication Skills ? You are comfortable talking to different types of customers and building trust quickly. * Self-Motivated ?
