Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately. * Provide exemplary customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. * Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts. * Uphold company policies regarding cash handling and security procedures. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English * Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is advantageous. * Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising displays. * Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers. * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
