About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of Apex, Lightning components, and system integrations. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable Salesforce applications. Qualifications The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, demonstrating a strong technical background and hands-on expertise. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable. Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components. Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP), data migration, and integration techniques is essential. A solid understanding of Salesforce sales and service clouds, along with experience in triggers, batch Apex, and asynchronous processing, is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives. Customize Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components to enhance user experience and system capabilities. Build and maintain integrations with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective technical solutions. Perform data migration, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce environments. Troubleshoot bugs, resolve system issues promptly, and optimize system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Implement best practices in coding, security, and governance to safeguard data and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
