Salesforce Developer

Senior Salesforce engineer responsible for designing, building, and integrating scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, with strong focus on APIs, automation, and DevOps practices. This role is approximately 50% technical and 50% business-facing. Must-Have Requirements 5+ years Salesforce development experience Strong hands-on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL Strong experience with Sales Cloud (required) Marketing Cloud experience (email journeys, automation) Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Experience with Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, sharing, OWD) Experience with data migration / ETL tools Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong Salesforce Admin knowledge (users, permissions, reports, flows) Programming + scripting understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, .NET exposure nice to have) Key Responsibilities Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations Design and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys and email templates Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps / GitHub Manage sandbox environments and deployments Ensure data integrity, security, and system reliability Support AppExchange integrations and third-party tools Collaborate with business users, QA, architects, and vendors Create unit tests and support high code coverage standards Maintain documentation and support change management processes Integration Experience (Important) Azure AD / Azure B2C authentication AppExchange tools (DocuSign, ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc.) ERP / enterprise system integrations Middleware and ETL processes Nice to Have Salesforce certifications (Admin + Platform Developer I preferred) Experience migrating from Dynamics CRM Financial services experience (loans, securities, derivatives) Experience with .NET development Experience with Microservices architecture Show more Show less
