ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to take ownership of technical development on our Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering integrations, automations, and features that enable our teams to work more efficiently. You’ll join a lean, collaborative team and will occasionally support administrative tasks during high-volume periods or coverage gaps, but your primary focus is technical development. WHAT YOU WILL OWN End-to-end development of Salesforce integrations, enhancements, and automations Ensuring the performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing functions Translation of business needs into well-architected, scalable Salesforce solutions Communication around releases, new features, bug fixes, and system degradation or downtime KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems Develop enhancements and new features using Apex, LWC, and Flow Adhere to consistent patterns within record-triggered automation and asynchronous processing frameworks Leverage AI tools to enhance development workflow and productivity Support the Salesforce Admin during high-volume periods or PTO coverage as needed Clearly document solutions, including technical design, integration specs, and process changes REQUIRED SKILLS 4+ years of experience in a Salesforce developer role Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flow – not just building with them, but knowing when to use each Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture: governor limits, order of execution, DML transaction behavior, and bulkification Solid grasp of synchronous vs. asynchronous processing Proven experience building integrations with Salesforce (both point-to-point and middleware-based) and implementing authentication patterns, error handling, and retry logic Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) – experience is prioritized over credentials, but certifications are a plus Prior experience in a senior or informal tech lead capacity PAY RANGE AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE Base Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience and skill set 10% - 12% annual, performance-based bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited PTO plus company holidays 401(k) eligibility upon start with employer matching Remote or hybrid work schedule depending on location EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT Certum Legal Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
