Salesforce Developer

Required Qualifications 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SQL. Strong understanding of Salesforce Order of Execution and how it impacts complex automation. Experience working within highly customized Salesforce environments and analyzing codebases with limited documentation. Hands-on experience troubleshooting issues across Apex, Visualforce, Flows, validation rules, and integrations. Experience with Git/version control and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Visualforce development across both backend controllers and frontend page design. Ability to work independently in a secure, compliance-driven environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Comfortable supporting client-facing interactions, including demos, issue resolution, and written communication. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud or Government Cloud Plus. Salesforce Administrator Certification. Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
