Description

Position is mostly remote. Candidates must live in the Detroit, MI area Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow Build and configure Sales Cloud solutions including opportunity management, forecasting, territory management, and CPQ integrations Develop and maintain features: case management, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge, entitlements, and Einstein bots Architect and build Experience Cloud (Portal) sites for customers, partners, and communities — including custom LWC components, branding, navigation, and access control Design and implement complex business logic, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled Apex following governor limit best practices Build robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar) Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and permission sets Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code coverage meets Salesforce deployment standards (minimum 75%) Participate in solution design reviews, technical architecture discussions, and sprint ceremonies Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Deep expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, scheduled), SOQL, and SOSL Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Lightning App Builder Solid experience with Service Cloud — cases, queues, Omni-Channel, SLAs, Knowledge articles, and macros Hands-on experience building and managing Experience Cloud sites (portals/communities) including page layouts, themes, member access, and custom LWC components Experience with Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and Connected Apps Proficiency with Salesforce DX (SFDX), VS Code with Salesforce extensions, and source-driven development Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset, or similar) Show more Show less
