Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Apex / Lightning / LWC) Location: United States — Onsite / Hybrid / Remote Employment Type: W2 · Full-time Visa: Open to all work-authorized candidates except H1B Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Develop and implement Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components. Build modern UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework. Customize standard Salesforce objects and create custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Develop and manage data migrations, data imports, and data quality processes. Implement security and sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permission sets. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability within the Salesforce ecosystem. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and bugs. Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other modules as needed. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following Salesforce best practices. Perform unit testing, code reviews, and maintain high test coverage. Use version control systems like Git and follow CI/CD practices for deployments. Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
