Manage deployments and releases using Copado and Git, including branching strategies, pipelines, back promotions, and hotfixes. Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and Platform Events. Define and maintain data models, including object relationships, large data volume strategies, indexing, and data migrations (Data Loader/API). Experience needed: Strong Salesforce development experience (5+ years) with a focus on Health Cloud. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and healthcare-related data integration strategies. Deep expertise in Salesforce Flow, including orchestration, error handling, and modular design using subflows. Solid understanding of Apex and LWC for custom development where necessary. Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado and version control systems like Git. Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, including relationships, large data volumes, and performance optimization. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and event-driven architecture. Proven ability to lead technical discussions, communicate design decisions, and work directly with stakeholders. Experience working in Agile environments with end-to-end ownership of deliverables. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently without constant oversight. Show more Show less
