Position: Salesforce Developer Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – Onsite Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) Job Type: Contract (W2) Pay Rate: $70–$73/hr on W2 Duration: 6+ Months (Extension Possible) Interview Process: • 60-Minute Technical Interview • 30-Minute Behavioral / Experience Interview Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce solutions that power sales, operations, finance, and other business-critical functions. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development expertise, experience supporting B2B sales organizations, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions. Build and support Salesforce customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Design and maintain Salesforce CI/CD deployment processes using GitHub Actions and Salesforce CLI. Develop and support Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms. Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and ongoing application support. Partner with Sales and Sales Operations teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Facilitate discovery sessions and recommend scalable Salesforce architecture and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and API technologies. Experience working closely with Sales and Sales Operations teams. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Required). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Additional Salesforce Certifications. Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Experience with Boomi, Workato, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions. Experience in fast-paced technology environments.
