Salesforce Engineer | Remote We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join a growing international pharmaceutical organisation and play a key role in developing and improving its Salesforce platform. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce developer who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable solutions and working closely with both technical and business teams. What you'll be doing Design, develop and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions Build using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce APIs Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems Improve Salesforce performance and reduce technical debt Build and support CI/CD and Git-based deployment processes Troubleshoot complex technical issues Work closely with Product Owners, IT, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders Participate in code reviews and help drive Salesforce development best practices Mentor other developers and contribute to engineering standards What we're looking for Strong Salesforce development experience Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integrations and data modelling Experience with Sales Cloud Experience with Git, CI/CD and source-driven development Knowledge of REST APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi Strong debugging, problem-solving and performance-tuning skills Experience working in an Agile environment Salesforce Platform Developer certification is a plus Experience mentoring developers or leading projects is desirable Why join?
