Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and student-centered Principal to provide exceptional academic leadership and oversee the daily operations of our boarding school. The successful candidate will foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement while ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, student achievement, and residential life. Key Responsibilities * Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school's academic and operational programs. * Lead curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement to maintain high academic standards. * Supervise, mentor, support, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff. * Promote student achievement, well-being, leadership, and character development. * Oversee boarding operations in collaboration with residential life staff. * Ensure compliance with applicable educational policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. * Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, faculty, alumni, and the broader community. * Support student recruitment, admissions, retention, and university placement initiatives. * Oversee the effective management of school resources, budgets, and facilities. * Foster a safe, inclusive, respectful, and culturally diverse learning environment. Qualifications * Master's degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. * Principal certification or equivalent educational leadership qualifications preferred. * A minimum of five years of successful leadership experience in a K?12 school setting. * Experience in an international, independent, or college-preparatory school is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment, instructional leadership, and school improvement. * Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams and inspire academic excellence.
