Scrum Master (Remote – United States) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master to join our growing team. This is a full-time, fully remote position for a professional who is passionate about Agile methodologies, team collaboration, and driving successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader, helping Agile teams maximize productivity, remove impediments, and continuously improve delivery processes. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies, promote Agile best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices. Remove obstacles and impediments that may impact team productivity and delivery timelines. Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-prioritized and refined product backlog. Track sprint progress, team velocity, and Agile metrics to improve team performance. Foster transparency, accountability, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Support continuous improvement initiatives and help teams identify opportunities for process optimization. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Ensure Agile practices are consistently applied across projects and teams. Assist leadership in scaling Agile practices throughout the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams. Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Agile frameworks. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies for distributed and remote teams. Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms. Ability to identify and resolve team impediments effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification. Experience working in enterprise-level Agile environments. Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale. Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
