Scrum Master

We're looking for a Scrum Master to support and guide high-performing Agile teams as they deliver value through iterative development. This role is all about enabling teams to work effectively, removing roadblocks, and helping everyone stay aligned in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. The ideal person is strong in Agile fundamentals, confident facilitating team ceremonies, and comfortable coaching both teams and stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in improving how teams use modern tools like Jira AI and Copilot to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and boost productivity. What You'll Be Doing Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Support quarterly and program-level planning by helping teams align goals, manage dependencies, and prepare for execution Ensure teams are following Agile and Scrum principles in a practical, value-driven way Coaching & Agile Maturity Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices Promote a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership Drive meaningful retrospective outcomes and help teams implement improvements over time Tools & Enablement Help teams get the most out of Jira AI for backlog refinement, forecasting, and reporting Leverage Copilot to improve sprint summaries, insights, and communication efficiency Encourage smarter, more automated ways of working across Agile teams Metrics & Performance Visibility Track and analyze Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and predictability Provide insights that help improve team performance and delivery consistency Planning, Alignment & Collaboration Partner with Product, Engineering, and Program teams during quarterly planning activities Help identify and manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team alignment needs DevOps & Continuous Improvement Encourage understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines within Agile delivery Work with engineering teams to align Agile ceremonies with continuous delivery goals Support quality practices such as test automation being built into sprint planning and execution What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role Experience supporting software or product development teams in Agile environments Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks and Agile delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability, etc.) Hands-on experience with Jira, with exposure to Jira AI and Copilot tools strongly preferred Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps practices, including CI/CD concepts Certifications such as CSM, PSM II, or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master are a plus Nice to Have Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Passion for continuous improvement and leveraging AI tools to enhance team performance
