Scrum Master

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and servant leadership, with the ability to foster collaboration, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. Remove obstacles and resolve issues that may impact team productivity and delivery. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance using Agile metrics and reporting tools. Promote transparency, accountability, and effective communication among stakeholders. Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and Agile best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and leadership. Identify opportunities to improve Agile processes and team efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile software development teams. Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and servant leadership principles. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching multiple Scrum teams. Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
