Scrum Master

IDR is seeking a Scrum Master to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves supporting Agile teams to drive successful project execution within a fast-paced environment, with a focus on facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering collaboration. Position Overview for the Scrum Master: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and communicate project status. Support release planning and promote continuous improvement across teams and processes. Requirements for the Scrum Master: 6+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in fast-paced environments. Experience managing risks, dependencies, and impediments. Stakeholder communication and coordination skills. Experience supporting software development teams. What's in it for you?
