Job Description About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong project management, stakeholder management, and technology delivery expertise to lead Agile teams delivering strategic technology and AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, AI specialists, and executive leadership to ensure successful execution of programs aligned with organizational goals. Office Location: Toronto Employment Type: Permanent Role Type: New position ? current requirement Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) Position Responsibilities: Agile Delivery & Project Management Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Drive Agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Track and report project progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics. Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to align priorities. Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts across teams. Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting. AI Initiative Coordination Coordinate AI, GenAI, Machine Learning, and automation initiatives across business and technology teams. Support AI use case identification, prioritization, and implementation planning. Track AI program milestones, dependencies, and adoption metrics. Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and business objectives. Work closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams. Executive & Leadership Engagement Partner with C-Level executives, business unit heads, and senior leadership teams. Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, and steering committee presentations. Facilitate governance meetings and drive action item closures.
