Scrum Master

Remote — Part-time Location: Tysons, VA Summary We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team and help us deliver high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, plan sprints, and ensure the successful delivery of software projects. You will also be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to help the team achieve its goals. Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Work closely with product owners to define requirements and prioritize backlogs. Help the team deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress. Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices. Track and report on team progress and performance. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve Agile processes across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
