Scrum Master

Required Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in a Software, Computer, or Electrical Engineering discipline from a nationally accredited university. • Minimum 3 years of experience leading Engineering Teams. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Development. • Minimum 4 years of experience on an Agile Team as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Team Lead. • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Atlassian tools. • Minimum 3 years of experience with Scaled Agile Methodologies (SAFe, etc.). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey project status and timelines to senior leadership. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make presentations and work in group settings.
