What the right candidate will enjoy: Working in a highly collaborative Agile environment alongside experienced Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and infrastructure leaders. Initial contract through January with a strong possibility of extension into 2027 based on business needs. What type of experience does the right candidate have: 4–7+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile delivery teams. Experience supporting Infrastructure, IT Operations, Networking, Cloud, Platform, or Systems Engineering teams. Strong understanding of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and managing Agile workflows. Ability to partner with technical teams while understanding basic infrastructure concepts such as networking, Windows vs. Linux, and general infrastructure terminology. Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, with ServiceNow or Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) considered a plus. What the responsibilities are of the right candidate: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. Ensure all team work—including operational work, project requests, and internal initiatives—is accurately represented and prioritized on the Scrum board. Partner with Product Managers and Project Managers to coordinate upcoming sprint work and align priorities. Remove blockers, identify risks, and help teams continuously improve Agile processes and delivery. Coordinate dependencies across multiple infrastructure teams and participate in cross-functional Service Group planning sessions. Promote Agile best practices while helping teams adopt Scrum and Kanban methodologies based on the nature of their work. Foster collaboration across infrastructure, engineering, and business stakeholders to improve delivery and transparency. Track team progress, encourage accountability, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
