Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Philadelphia,PA Work Arrangement: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6+months Domain: Network Services Provider Pay Rate: -$41/hr on W2 Application Deadline: June 5, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile software development teams in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodologies, and facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies; CSM or PSM certification required. Experience working closely with Development and QA teams in technical environments involving microservices, Java, React, Node.js, and modern software delivery practices. Proven ability to remove impediments, coach self-organizing teams, and drive continuous improvement, sprint execution, and delivery excellence. Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps practices. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to drive Agile delivery and foster high-performing, self-organizing teams within a fast-paced software development environment. This role will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach cross-functional teams, and promote continuous improvement while working closely with Development, QA, Product, and Program Management stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong Agile leadership with a solid understanding of modern software development practices, enabling teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure effective Agile execution. Coach and mentor Development, QA, and cross-functional teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement practices. Identify, track, and remove impediments while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges. Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams to align priorities, sprint goals, and delivery timelines. Monitor team performance metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress, providing visibility into delivery status and risks. Foster collaboration across Development, QA, Product, and stakeholder groups while supporting CI/CD, test automation, and modern Agile delivery practices.
