This role requires agile expertise, technical understanding, and change management skills to facilitate migration from legacy Teradata to modern cloud-based data platforms .Key Responsibilitie sFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews )Remove impediments and coach teams on agile principles and self-organizatio nCoordinate Teradata-to-cloud migration activities (AWS, Azure, GCP )Manage dependencies between decommissioning activities and downstream system sServe as liaison between development teams and business stakeholder sTrack and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progres sIdentify process improvements and implement agile best practice sSupport risk identification and mitigation for legacy system retiremen tRequired Qualification sExperienc e5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coac h3+ years on cloud migration/modernization project sExperience with data warehouse decommissioning or legacy system migration sTechnical Knowledg eUnderstanding of Teradata, data warehousing, and SQ LFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native data service sKnowledge of modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift )Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data migration methodologie s Show more Show less
