W2 CANDIDATES ONLY Title: ServiceNow Scrum Master Location: Remote Duration: 06+ months contract Description: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective as part of CMDB Data Completeness for Business Applications project to be completed by 12/31/26 Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles Previous experience with ADO and ServiceNow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Here is a high-level list of objectives for the project: Objectives: Address all the gaps in data for all active business applications in CMDB. This includes the 26 business app required attributes. Fill in the missing values by working with business application stakeholders. Update the CMDB Health dashboard to reflect the health of business applications (across 26 required attributes). Need to establish customized set of rules for each attribute based on Business Application Lifecycle Status. Deploy all the planned Choice Value changes to Business Application attributes. After the Choice Values Definitions are changed, need to update all the business applications to have accurate set of these values. Knowledge Articles and Training Materials. Revamp the ServiceNow Knowledge Articles to reflect the new set of rules (based on choice value changes).
