Job Description Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience Typically, 10+ years of work experience in related field 4+ years' experience as an Agile Scrum Master is preferred Experience as an Agile Coach is preferred Experience in leading the transition of an organization from Waterfall to Agile is desired Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not Experience with successful Agile techniques Ability to work with and lead a team Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills Ability to adapt to a changing environment Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban Experience working in an environment where Agile was applied at scale Experience operating in a variety of Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile) Experienced facilitator able to apply various techniques to ensure effective meetings both co-located and distributed #PinnacleMethodConsulting Show more Show less
