Scrum Master

MUST BE LOCATED IN DALLAS-FT. WORTH METROPLEX. We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role will coach, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams while driving sprint execution, improving delivery performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement) Partner with Product Owner to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment Track and manage team metrics (capacity, velocity, throughput, sprint progress) Identify and remove impediments, escalating risks when necessary Maintain Agile artifacts, dashboards, and reporting for visibility and accountability Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on retrospectives and delivery insights Support release planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination Collaborate with business, technology, and operations stakeholders Ensure Agile practices align with enterprise governance and compliance standards Coach teams on Scrum best practices and Agile maturity progression Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and team alignment Improve communication transparency across stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, Engineering, or related) or equivalent experience 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach Experience supporting software or mobile application development teams Strong understanding of Scrum framework & Agile methodologies Proven ability to remove blockers and improve team performance Experience in cross-functional environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) a plus Experience in enterprise Agile or multi-team environments a plus Background in technology, digital, or product organizations a plus MBA or advanced degree a plus Show more Show less
