Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master Job Duration: 12 months + potential ext Location: Columbia, SC Work Setup: Onsite We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who's a technically minded Agile professional who can lead Scrum teams, improve delivery processes, remove roadblocks, and collaborate effectively with product owners, developers, stakeholders, and leadership. The ideal candidate is more than a meeting facilitator. We are looking for someone who understands software development environments, can use Azure DevOps to manage delivery, and can confidently coach teams toward stronger performance and accountability. What You’ll Do Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles Identify and remove delivery impediments Track sprint progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and KPIs Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership Promote continuous improvement across project and operational teams Help ensure solutions are delivered on schedule, within budget, and at the expected quality level Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps 3+ years leading Scrum ceremonies Experience with database querying and programming Experience with Agile project management tools Experience delivering projects in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments Completed and verifiable bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications Certified ScrumMaster — CSM Professional Scrum Master — PSM Government or public-sector experience ERP implementation or support experience
