Role Descriptions: Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups| sprint planning| sprint reviews| and retrospective meetings.Team Coaching & Mentoring: Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices. Foster self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.Impediment Removal: Proactively identify| track| and remove roadblocks that hinder the teams progress and productivity.
