Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master II Job Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) – LOCAL candidates Only Project Duration: 6 months with possible Extension W2 Position Job Summary We’re looking for a Scrum Master II with 3–5 years of experience to coach Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive predictable delivery in a scaled Agile environment. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years as a Scrum Master Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe/Scaled Agile Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Reviews & Retrospectives Strong Kanban flow management (Cycle Time, WIP Limits, Throughput, Backlog Flow Optimization) Backlog management, release/sprint planning, and Agile metrics-driven delivery Cross-team planning, dependency management, Inspect & Adapt, and delivery synchronization Team coaching, servant leadership, psychological safety, conflict resolution, and self-organizing teams Strong stakeholder communication, impediment removal, and delivery tracking Experience working with Product Owners, Engineering, and Leadership Bachelor's degree (IT preferred) CSM or equivalent certification is a plus Experience with Microsoft Teams and excellent communication skills Nice to Have: Experience coaching teams through spec-driven /design-first Agile transformation in enterprise environments.
