Scrum Master

Role: Scrum Master / Program Manager- AI Focus Location: Plano, TX(Hybrid) - Texas locals only! Note: Looks like they need coding exp for this positio n The ideal candidate will have strong Excel analytical skills, coding skills, Power BI expertise, and the ability to utilize AI tools across platforms to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-makin g. Key Responsibiliti es:• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint revie ws.• Apply coding skills when useful to support analysis, automation, visualization, or technical understandi ng.• Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve team efficiency, automate routine tasks, and enhance analysis and communicati on.• Use Power BI to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and delivery metri cs.• Coach and mentor teams on Scrum practices, Agile principles, and self-organizati on.• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery planni ng.• Identify, track, and help remove impediments that affect team performance or delive ry.• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountabili ty.• Provide regular status reporting, metrics, and insights to stakeholde rs.• Collaborate with technical teams to support discussions around implementation, dependencies, and delivery ris ks.• Support Agile transformation efforts through training, coaching, and practical guidan ce.• Help bridge communication between business, product, and technical stakeholde rs. Requireme nts:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related fi eld.• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or similar role in a software development environm ent.• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and L ean.• Strong Excel analytical skills, including the ability to work with data, metrics, and reporting to drive decision-mak ing.• Practical experience using AI tools across platforms to improve productivity, workflow, and analy sis.• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualizat ion.• Coding skills in one or more languages or scripting environments prefer red.• Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM prefer red.• Strong verbal and written communication ski lls.• Proven ability to build relationships, foster teamwork, and influence without author ity.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mind set.• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platfo rms. Preferred Qualificat ions:• Experience supporting cybersecurity, software engineering, or technology delivery t eams.• Additional Agile-related certifications are a plus.
