Scrum Master Ft. lauderdale, FLonsite 4x (M-Th) and remote on Friday Notes MUST HAVE Cruise Line Experience and Ecommerce (non banking) project experience needs candidates with more Technical depth in the SAFe framework, JIRA automation knowledge, and expertise in improving delivery performance. They would like to see candidates strong in automation and workflow optimization, not just traditional agile/scrum. Need for reliable, hands-on, veteran scrum masters who champion process and product problem-solving, not just meeting management. Must offer solutions; strong at escalation and reporting. Expected to decline poorly defined work (ex. unvetted stories). 8+ years experience as a Scrum Master in complex, enterprise environments Demonstrated success working in Scaled Agile frameworks Advanced Jira expertise (dashboards, JQL, workflows, reporting) Prepare and coach teams for PI Planning, Pre-PI Planning, and In-Quarter Execution Drive readiness across backlogs, dependencies, risks, and capacity Actively support ART-level ceremonies (ART Sync, SoS, PO Sync as applicable) Deep understanding of Agile metrics (flow, predictability, WIP, throughput) Preferred: SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, RTE, SPC) or equivalent experience
