Role : Scrum Master with Scrum of Scrum Location : Remote Job Description: Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum of Scrums meetings across multiple Agile teams. Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments. Drive Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery goals. Support PI Planning, release planning, and enterprise Agile initiatives. Monitor team health, velocity, sprint metrics, burn-down charts, and delivery commitments. Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and continuous improvement practices. Escalate and manage risks, blockers, and dependency issues across programs. Ensure transparency through Jira, Confluence, and reporting dashboards. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Skills 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years as Scrum Master. Strong experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously. Hands-on experience with Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, PI Planning, and Agile transformations. Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments. Strong understanding of Agile metrics, dependency management, and release planning. Preferred CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist Certification. Experience supporting enterprise-scale Agile programs. Knowledge of risk management, governance, and regulatory environments within banking.
