Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures to protect organizational assets. Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify risks. Monitor security systems and respond promptly to incidents, ensuring swift resolution. Use leading edge Microsoft 365 Security and Purview technologies to establish and enforce data protection policies to safeguard sensitive information. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into system designs and operations. Provide expert guidance on security best practices and train staff on cybersecurity protocols. Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies to enhance security strategies. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, outlining security findings and recommendations. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and cybersecurity frameworks. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles; 8 years preferred. Proficiency in security tools and frameworks such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls. Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, and access control methodologies. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
