Role Description The Senior AI Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Philadelphia, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions that enhance Graphite GTC’s No-Code Development Platform. This role involves developing and integrating machine learning models, neural network architectures, and NLP components to improve pattern recognition, automation, and user experience across enterprise applications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI systems, conducting experiments and evaluations, and refining models for performance, reliability, and security. The Senior AI Engineer will also mentor team members, contribute to technical standards and best practices, and stay current with emerging AI technologies relevant to no-code and enterprise software development. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition techniques for real-world AI and machine learning applications. Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model training, evaluation, and deployment. Proficiency in Software Development using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, C#, ML libraries) and experience building production-grade systems. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in cloud or hybrid environments, with attention to scalability, performance, and security. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and mentor other engineers. Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms, enterprise application development, and MLOps practices is a plus. Show more Show less
