Senior API Developer

An established financial services organization is seeking a Senior API Developer in Vienna, VA. This hybrid role focuses on designing, developing, integrating, and supporting secure, scalable APIs and cloud-based core banking solutions. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) Responsibilities: Develop, test, and support core banking APIs and related integrations Configure and support Oracle Cloud core banking services and platform environments Administer Azure environments, including users, groups, SSO, and access controls Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for API deployment and testing Implement integrations, automation, monitoring, and disaster recovery across cloud and on-premises environments Qualifications: Experience developing and supporting core banking APIs Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Azure Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Experience with Postman, Newman CLI, and API automation Experience integrating APIs using MuleSoft and Oracle technologies Experience with OCI GoldenGate, Azure Data Lake, and enterprise data integration Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions using Oracle Cloud tools and Dynatrace Proficiency with Java, Python, Kafka, and PowerShell Experience supporting disaster recovery across cloud and on-premises environments Experience working within Agile development methodologies Engineering experience required Desired Skills: Azure and/or Oracle Cloud certifications Experience with Oracle Core Banking or Temenos Core Banking platforms Financial services or banking industry experience
