Senior Associate Product Manager

You will help design and deliver product initiatives that directly shape customer experience, retention, and trust across a fast-growing platform operating in a highly sensitive industry. Working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will turn ambiguous problems into structured product roadmaps and shipped solutions. Accountabilities Own and drive end-to-end execution of product initiatives aimed at improving user experience, engagement, and retention. Develop, define, and maintain initiative-level roadmaps, ensuring alignment with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders. Translate high-level product ideas into clear requirements, workflows, and deliverables that can be executed efficiently by development teams. Coordinate across teams to ensure visibility into priorities, dependencies, and timelines, while proactively managing risks and trade-offs. Document decisions, action items, and product requirements, ensuring accountability and follow-through across stakeholders. Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on product concepts, contributing to fast experimentation and learning cycles. Uphold product and brand standards across all user touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality of experience. Requirements 2-5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or related roles in a fast-paced tech or consumer-focused environment. Strong execution mindset with a proven ability to drive projects from concept through launch with high attention to detail. Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with shifting priorities and minimal structure. Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to design intuitive, consumer-grade product flows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, design, and business teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, align stakeholders, and deliver against tight timelines. Bias toward action, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of end-to-end outcomes.
