Role Requirements: Design, build, and operate backend services that support a rapidly growing platform. Work across product and infrastructure boundaries to deliver features end-to-end. Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through to deployment and iteration. Improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency. Profile Signals: Technical background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of backend software engineering experience. Solid understanding of distributed systems, backend architecture, and scalability Proficiency in modern backend technologies such as with Python or Go, RESTful API's, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL A passion for building high-quality systems that unlock genuine productivity gains for technical teams.
