Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise IT Delivery Operations by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering strategic solutions that drive operational efficiency. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to lead requirements gathering, process improvement initiatives, financial analysis, and cross-functional projects that improve business performance. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities for medium to large enterprise initiatives across IT Delivery Operations. Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops. Analyze current-state processes, perform gap analyses, and design future-state solutions. Develop business cases, project documentation, process maps, dashboards, and executive presentations. Partner with IT, Finance, Project Management, and business leaders to improve operational processes and portfolio transparency. Support acceptance testing, test planning, and validation of new systems and business processes. Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, and business process engineering methodologies. Mentor junior Business Analysts and provide guidance on best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise IT initiatives. Strong experience gathering requirements, process mapping, business process improvement, and gap analysis. Experience with business analysis methodologies including use cases, SWOT, FMEA, RASCI, Ishikawa diagrams, and process modeling. Strong documentation, testing, and requirements management experience. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Experience with Agile, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred. Experience with Technology Business Management (TBM) and Business Capability Models is a plus. Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
