Senior Data Analyst

PaymentGenes are currently partnering with a fast-growing fintech client in Dubai to hire a Senior Data Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to join a scaling payments business and play a key role in building out their BI function and data infrastructure from the ground up. 🚀The Role This is not a traditional reporting role. You’ll work closely with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to: Analyse transactional and customer data Solve open-ended business problems Deliver insights that directly influence decision-making Support the development of a data-driven culture 🎯 What We’re Looking For We’re specifically looking for candidates with: Experience in payments is mandatory Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, aggregations, query optimisation) Proven experience in ad-hoc analysis and solving business problems Ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate data into insights ✅ Strong plus: Experience with customer behaviour, conversion, or transaction analysis Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools Some Python experience 📍 Key Details Location: Dubai (onsite) Salary: Up to AED 17,000/month- some flexibility Environment: Fast-paced scale-up with high ownership 💡 Why Apply?
