AI .NET SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER REMOTE 12 +Months MUST BE USC, H4EAD, GC only Required Skills & Qualifications :Be part of an agile team working with modern technologies — .NET 10, Identity Server and others . Proven experience as a .NET Developer at senior level, with working experience using AI tools like Claude, Copilot or simila r. Strong knowledge of .NET 10, Microsoft SQL, Entity Framework Core (EF), Azure cloud hosting & managed servic es. Experience with asynchronous communication solutions; knowledge of Databri cks. Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle or PostgreSQL); familiarity with RESTful APIs. Source control and CI/CD (Git, Azure); technical documentation (coding styles, branching strategies, functional s pecs). Agile development practices and continuous improvement; strong spoken & written English; highly auto nomous.Beneficial: CS/Engineering degree; Power BI; cloud data warehouses such as Data bricks.AI-Assisted Engineering with Claude Code — Mandator y [NEW] Hands-on, daily proficiency with Claude Code (Anthropic's agentic coding tool) as a core part of the delivery w orkflow. Able to run Claude Code both from the command line / terminal and inside an IDE — Cursor, VS Code, or JetBrains — via the Claude Code extension, switching fluidly between the two. Use Claude Code for .NET 10 feature implementation, EF Core migrations, refactoring, and writing unit/integrat ion tests.Run AI-assisted code reviews against coding standards and branching strategy before ra ising PRs.Investigate defects and analyze the codebase across services with Claude Code from the termin al or IDE.
