Senior Flutter Developer (2 Openings) Location: Baltimore, MD (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week) Employment Type: Long-Term Contract Client: Federal Program Responsibilities Develop and maintain enterprise mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Build reusable components and responsive UI. Integrate REST APIs and backend services. Implement secure authentication (OAuth, SSO). Debug, optimize performance, and resolve production issues. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Collaborate with UI/UX, backend developers, QA, and client stakeholders. Required Skills 10+ years of IT experience in the USA. Strong Flutter and Dart experience. Android & iOS mobile application development. REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, SSO. Mobile architecture and state management. Git, CI/CD, build automation. Performance optimization and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Federal, State, Healthcare, or large enterprise project experience.
