Senior Software Engineer, Integrations Contract-to-Hire | Remote | US Citizenship Required Arsenal AI is hiring a Senior Software Engineers to join a high-impact integration team supporting a rapidly growing healthcare technology platform. This role focuses on building and scaling enterprise-grade integrations with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and external partners. This is a contract-to-hire role — the engineer will be embedded within an Arsenal AI delivery pod with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role with the client based on performance -- the business need is there and the full time opportunity is prime for the taking~ What you'll do EHR & Partner Integrations: Design, build, and maintain scalable integrations with Electronic Health Record systems and third-party platforms API & Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs and backend services that power enterprise-grade integrations Cloud-Native Engineering: Work in a cloud-native environment leveraging AWS services including ECS/Fargate Code Quality & Mentorship: Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards Production Support: Troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliability across integration touchpoints Architecture & Workflow: Improve system architecture and development workflows to support long-term scalability What we're looking for 5+ years of software engineering experience Experience with distributed systems and APIs Proficiency in a backend language (Golang preferred) Cloud experience (AWS preferred) Strong understanding of system design and databases US Citizenship required Link to the description on our site: https://www.arsenalai.com/careers/senior-software-engineer-integrations
