Senior Product Manager

About The Opportunity We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented Senior Product Manager to join our client's team. You will own the buyer-facing search experience end-to-end — leading a squad responsible for how buyers search, browse results, refine their intent, and move from a query to a confident purchase decision across categories, platforms, and global marketplaces. Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for the buyer search experience, translating customer insights, market research, and business data into clear priorities and detailed product specs Partner closely with ML, data science, engineering, design, analytics, and user research to deliver technically complex, high-impact features Drive roadmap prioritization through data-driven opportunity analysis; build MVPs, iterate fast, and champion execution excellence Design and run A/B experiments that test mechanisms — not just features — and use results to inform decisions and define OKRs Communicate roadmap, success metrics, and tradeoffs across a large set of stakeholder teams, building strong relationships with partner Product Managers Leverage and champion next-gen AI/ML capabilities to deliver outsized outcomes and incorporate AI tools into day-to-day workflows Required Qualifications We know that each person has gone through different career paths that have provided further knowledge. Strong Product Management experience, with hands-on work in search, personalization, or recommendations — and a strong understanding of the interplay between search intent, results presentation, and information display Comfort partnering with ML and engineering teams on technically complex products; you understand model capabilities and limitations without needing to build them yourself Proven ability to design experiments that test mechanisms, use data to drive decisions, and apply structured prioritization frameworks for tradeoff calls Clear, structured communication skills and experience writing detailed, consistent product specs Nice To Have Skills However, if you have the following requirements, it will be a plus for your application: Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or two-sided platform products Familiarity with agile ceremonies and cross-functional squad dynamics Track record of working with global products across multiple categories or regions Avenue Code discloses salary range information based on our commitment to fairness and transparency.
