We are the world's first job search platform powered by personality. myTrudy is an early-stage startup that has recently pivoted from a consumer platform to an enterprise B2B offering, and we're building the team to take it there. The Job myTrudy is seeking a seasoned Product Manager with deep enterprise HR Tech experience and strong technical instinct to lead our B2B product expansion. This is not a pure strategic role - we need someone who can move between product vision and hands-on implementation without losing a step. You will shape the product roadmap for our enterprise offering, with a focus on talent acquisition, candidate assessment and internal mobility. Critically, you know how integrations actually get built; you understand ATS data models, have written or reviewed API specs, and can hold your own in a technical conversation with an engineering team or a platform partner’s solution architect. You understand the complexity of selling software into large organizations, including, navigating procurement and security reviews to aligning with the workflows of talent acquisition teams and HR operations. You know the HR tech stack inside and out - from both an end-user’s perspective and from a product and integration standpoint. This role demands equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll work directly with our founding team to shape how myTrudy integrates into the enterprise talent stack, defines its differentiated value proposition, and delivers measurable outcomes for customers. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Product Strategy Refine the B2B product roadmap, with a focus on talent acquisition, assessment, and internal mobility use cases Develop a deep understanding of enterprise buyer needs, procurement processes, and the organizational structures of HR, TA, and People Operations teams Identify and prioritize the product capabilities required to compete and win in the enterprise talent technology market Translate enterprise customer needs into clear, implementation-ready product requirements ATS & Ecosystem Integration Lead the strategy and technical scoping for integrating myTrudy with leading ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, Rippling) Own the integration roadmap, understand which ATS platforms to prioritize based on customer demand, integration complexity, and GTM impact Define integration architecture including data mapping between myTrudy’s personality profiles and ATS candidate records, and field level sync requirements. Write or review integration requirements, partner API documentation, and technical onboarding specs to provide enough depth for engineering led development Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on the enterprise talent acquisition landscape, keeping the team current on platform changes, competitive dynamics, and emerging buyer expectations Enterprise Onboarding & Enablement Map and document the full enterprise onboarding journey — including security reviews, SSO/SAML requirements, data privacy compliance, admin configuration, and change management Partner with cross functional teams to build scalable onboarding processes for new enterprise accounts Assessment & Screening Leverage myTrudy's psychometric and personality assessment capabilities to build differentiated value within enterprise talent workflows Inform how assessment data is surfaced, interpreted, and acted upon within ATS integrations and hiring manager workflows Stay informed on the screening and assessment tool landscape (e.g., Pymetrics, HireVue, Predictive Index, Hogan) to ensure myTrudy's positioning is sharp and defensible Required 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years focused on enterprise HR Tech, talent acquisition technology, or workforce solutions - demonstrated ownership of B2B SaaS products for HR, TA or People Operations Hands-on familiarity with the ATS ecosystem — you can speak fluently about the capabilities, limitations, and integration patterns of platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or SuccessFactors and can speak concretely about integration requirements Comfort reading and writing API documentation, integration requirements and technical specs to effectively translate business requirements into developmental priorities First-hand experience navigating enterprise software procurement: security questionnaires, legal reviews, compliance requirements (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, EEOC, OFCCPAI & Automated Employment Decision Tools), and IT onboarding processes Strong understanding of internal mobility frameworks and how enterprises think about talent redeployment, career pathing, and skills mapping Ability to conduct and synthesize user research with enterprise buyers, HR practitioners, and recruiters Experience leveraging AI tooling for automation, interactive prototyping, workflow optimization, and rapid product experimentation.
