This is a genuine senior-level opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining strategic product thinking with hands-on execution. What You'll Be Doing: Owning roadmap delivery from discovery through launch Leading sprint planning, prioritisation and product operations Driving customer discovery and stakeholder engagement Partnering closely with engineering and operations teams Improving product processes, workflows and team operating rhythms Leveraging AI tools and automation to scale product delivery Taking ownership of a core platform used by enterprise customers What We're Looking For: 7-10 years' Product Management experience Strong B2B SaaS or enterprise software background Experience owning products end-to-end Proven customer discovery and stakeholder management skills Experience working directly with engineering teams Hands-on exposure to AI products, LLMs, or AI-enabled features Product operations and process improvement experience Highly desirable: Startup or early-stage company experience Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, or similar environments Exposure to both startup and larger technology organisations Strong commercial and customer-centric mindset Show more Show less
