We're partnering with a fast-growing AI startup building customer-service agents that can speak with customers over phone, chat, and messaging platforms with near-human conversational ability. They're looking for a Senior Python Backend Engineer to take ownership of critical backend systems and help define the future architecture of the platform. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who loves building, shipping, and solving hard technical problems—not just attending design meetings.
