Senior Python Developer

Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Python Developer with 12+ years of software development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, API development, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, databases, and CI/CD practices. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required Skills 12+ years of software development experience. Strong proficiency in Python. Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Expertise in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns. Experience with Microservices Architecture. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Redis. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams. Preferred Skills Experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms. Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks or Generative AI is a plus. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation). Exposure to data processing frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, or PySpark. Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-native applications. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications. Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and backend services. Develop microservices-based applications using modern Python frameworks. Integrate applications with cloud platforms and third-party services. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers. Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
