Senior Solutions Architect
Description
Company Description We’re an AI-native offensive security company, backed by well-known US cybersecurity investors, building what the security industry has talked about for a decade and never shipped. Pentesting today is slow, manual, and stale the day it’s delivered. We rebuilt it from the ground up: AI agents that reason through vulnerabilities like an elite operator, prove what’s actually exploitable instead of pattern-matching, and produce CREST-certified, audit-grade findings. Then we close the loop no one else closes — we generate the virtual patch that blocks the exploit and the code fix that removes it. Prove, protect, fix. 20 months of build. A production platform. Paying customers. This is a real shot at defining a category, not iterating on someone else’s. We’re looking for our first Senior Solutions Architect — the technical face of ManticoreAI to every customer, from first conversation through renewal and expansion. Early on you’ll wear both hats: pre-sales and post-sales. As we scale, you’ll help decide which one becomes your home — and you’ll have built the playbooks that the team after you runs on. What You'd Own You’re the bridge between our customers and our delivery and engineering teams. Day to day, that means: Pre-sales: Running demos and proof-of-value engagements, leading technical discovery, scoping assessments, and translating what customers need into what our platform does — credibly, whether you’re speaking to an enterprise CISO, a developer, or an elite offensive security partner looking to scale their delivery engine. Post-sales: Owning onboarding and implementation, training customers, walking them through findings and reports so the value is unmistakable, and being their trusted first point of contact when they have questions about the platform. Growth: Spotting expansion opportunities inside accounts and partnering with our Chief Growth Officer to act on them. F oundation-building: Designing the processes, playbooks, and motions for both functions from scratch. You’re not inheriting a system — you’re creating the one we scale on. Product feedback: Serving as the critical feedback loop between active deployments and engineering — directly influencing product roadmap priorities as we define this new category. You’ll know the product deeply enough to answer most customer questions yourself, and you’ll work closely with delivery and engineering on the ones that go deeper. You report directly to our Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder. Who You Are 5–7 years in a technical, customer-facing role — sales engineering, solutions architecture, customer success, or technical consulting — ideally in SaaS. A strong, articulate presence in front of customers. You can hold a technical room and earn trust quickly across very different audiences: security engineers and CISOs, compliance and GRC buyers, developers, and developers, and delivery partners. Deeply customer-centric and responsive. You take ownership of the relationship and the outcome. Comfortable in an early-stage environment. You operate well with ambiguity, move fast, and bring creativity to problems that don’t have a template yet. Deep roots in offensive security are required. You have practical experience in penetration testing, red teaming, breach and attack simulation, or application security, and you can hold your own in a deep-dive architectural discussion with elite operators. You use AI tooling daily and are excited about working inside an AI-native company. US-based (flexible location, some travel required) What We Offer Competitive base plus variable compensation, and meaningful equity — you’re a foundational hire, and you’ll own a real piece of what we build. The chance to define a function, not just fill a seat—and to grow as fast as we do. A front-row seat in reshaping the offensive cybersecurity industry, alongside people who care obsessively about what we are building. Show more Show less
