Senior Solutions Engineer

About the Job Relate Search has partnered with a global restaurant brand to recruit a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Technology team. This role serves as a key technical advisor and solutions partner, translating business needs into scalable, high-quality technology solutions across systems and digital platforms. Reporting into Technology leadership, this individual will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations—supporting new implementations, market expansions, and ongoing system enhancements. This is a highly collaborative and visible role responsible for ensuring solutions meet architectural standards, performance requirements, and end-user needs while contributing to continued global growth. Responsibilities Serve as a technical advisor by gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solution designs and architectures Partner cross-functionally with product, project management, and vendors to support the full lifecycle from concept through implementation Develop key technical documentation including solution designs, system architecture, data flows, integrations, and RFP responses Lead and support system implementations, including configuration, integrations, data migration, and training for end users Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement by gathering feedback and enhancing system performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar role Strong understanding of systems architecture, integrations, APIs, networking, and cloud-based environments Experience working with POS systems or supporting digital platforms such as eCommerce, mobile apps, or CRM tools Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders About Relate Search Relate Search is a Woman, Minority, and LGBTQIA+ owned executive and professional search firm dedicated to connecting top talent with meaningful opportunity.
