Senior Staff React Native Engineer New York, onsite $500k–$1.5m base + equity + bonus We're working with one of the fastest-growing consumer platforms in crypto to find an exceptional Senior Staff React Native Engineer. The product operates at enormous scale in a demanding, real-time environment. It's fast, highly transactional and used by a huge global audience. The engineering challenges are genuinely difficult — and getting them right matters. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants serious ownership without stepping away from the code. You'll shape the technical direction of the mobile platform, take on its hardest engineering problems and help raise the standard of the wider team. What you'll be doing Setting the technical direction for the mobile platform while remaining deeply hand s-onOwning complex initiatives from architectural design through to production Making high-impact contributions across the React Native s tackBuilding for exceptional performance, reliability and security Integrating APIs, real-time data streams, wallets and on-chain interactions Creating a seamless experience between complex blockchain infrastructure and mobile-first product design Establishing scalable engineering patterns and maintaining a clean, modular codebase Working closely with product, design and backend engineering Shipping quickly, learning from user behavior and continuously improving the product Acting as a technical anchor and raising the bar for the engineers around you What we're looking for 8–12+ years of software engineering experience Deep expertis e in React Native and mobile archite cture A track record of owning and shipping technically complex products end to end Experience building high-performance applications operating at significant scale Strong architectural judgement combined with a bias towards execution The ability to influence technical direction through both clear thinking and excellent implementation Experience working in high-growth, high-velocity environments A naturally high bar for code quality, performance and reliability Crypto or blockchain experience would be valuable, but outstanding mobile engineering ability matters most The environment This is an ambitious, in-person engineering culture with high expectations.
